British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Activation Manager in Warsaw
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will have to ensure best in class execution of the marketing campaigns planning. The key duties include co-shaping together with Campaign Manager the activation plan based on consumer insights to build brand awareness, trigger conversion and cultivate consumers’ loyalty, as well as build brand equity.
Your daily work will require not only creativity and ability to connect the dots, but also very well developed organizations skills to handle different collaborators and ensure timely & outstanding execution. To do so, you will be collaborating with internal teams, e.g. Brand, Legal, Digital, POSM, Trade and external stakeholders, e.g. creative agency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Campaign Manager in the strategic and operational activation planning, providing inputs based on insights
- Managing execution with all cross functional partners to meet project KPIs on brand strength, awareness, conversion and retention
- Being responsible for brand consistency across touchpoints
- Collaboration with creative agency
- Providing briefs & guidelines for D2C, Digital, POSM, Events & Horeca
- Handling marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing activities
- Participation in monthly company meetings and preparing inputs
- Acting as a point of contact for activation matters in dedicated categories
What are we looking for?
- Min. 2 years of experience in marketing/commercial function in international environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing / Management or similar
- Business proficient language skills in English and Polish
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Distinctive communication skills
- Excellent skills in driving an agenda involving multiple points of interactions / stakeholders
- Determined team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong aim to challenge status quo, dealing with ambiguity & ability to see things from new perspective
- Capacity to nurture in a target driven environment & be organised in approach
- Understanding of agency scope and management of creative assets to meet business objectives
