The Quality Lead Manager Innovations is responsible for embedding of the quality assurance framework and product quality standards for innovation projects and new product introductions for FMC categories. This role enables quality to be delivered through advance quality planning and excellence in innovation deployment and new product introduction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Manage and assure new products (NPI) qualification for new technologies, materials, and equipment are executed as per global/regional/local standards. ‘
•  Participate in Export Product Monitoring and Management – engaging with R&D, Manufacturing, and NPI groups
• Presentation of data and trends related to Quality to global/regional/and local cross-functional teams
• Ensure specifications of export products are maintained through regular cross-functional meetings and communications

What are we looking for?

• BS degree or, Associates degree or High School diploma
• 2 to 5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of tobacco industry and quality
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Experience with presenting information, good communication skills
• Strong Quality Assurance/ Quality Control background
