British American Tobacco GBS Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analytics Executivein Pakistan.
This role entails driving end-to-end consumer journey analysis by using digital and offline data to generate actionable insights and support strategic business decisions. It involves measuring marketing campaign performance, conducting competitor and trend analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital analytics tools, skilled in data visualization and insight generation, and capable of aligning insights with business objectives. Effective communication, collaborator coordination, and business competence are crucial for crafting decisions and improving plans for consumers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver continuous, data-driven evaluations of the full consumer journey, seamlessly integrating insights from both digital and offline touchpoints.
- Bring to bear historical performance, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence to distill sophisticated datasets into powerful, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Shape campaign design by developing strong analytics frameworks that align critical metrics with overall business hypotheses and objectives.
- Cultivate cross-functional collaboration with Activation, IDT, media, and technical partners to safeguard data integrity and accessibility.
- Monitor and dissect brand and campaign performance using advanced tools such as Google Analytics, TalkWalker, Salesforce, and SimilarWeb.
- Consolidate diverse digital analytics inputs—spanning websites, social platforms, dashboards, and surveys—into coherent, strategic recommendations for market execution.
- Conduct in-depth social listening, trend forecasting, and competitive landscape analyses to support proactive market positioning.
- Champion continuous improvement by exploring emerging data sources, optimizing existing tools, and spearheading automation initiatives for operational excellence.
What are we looking for?
- Have 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or high-performing Digital Agencies, managing large-scale projects and executive-level collaborators.
- Demonstrated mastery in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and TalkWalker, with the ability to translate raw data into compelling business narratives.
- Expert in constructing end-to-end consumer journey and funnel analyses, paired with rigorous evaluation of campaign performance metrics.
- Adept at crafting sophisticated data visualizations and dashboards that drive clarity and influence decision-making across the organization.
- Outstanding communicator with strong analytical skills, adept at handling uncertainty, driving projects, and excelling under challenging circumstances.
- Commercially astute with a deep-rooted understanding of consumer psychology, translating complex insights into strategic business value.
- Additional skills in project management, collaborator alignment, trend forecasting, and critical metric modeling across digital ecosystems are highly valued.
- Experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Targeting, and SQL-based platforms is considered a strong advantage.
