British American Tobacco Slovakia has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Planning Manager in Bratislava!
As a 360 Campaign Planning Manager at BAT, you will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns for our portfolio of Potentially Reduced-Risk Products (PRRP) .Your role will bridge cross-functional teams - brand, digital, insights, trade, and external partners - to deliver cohesive, insight-led campaigns that drive consumer engagement, reinforce brand equity, and support the company’s transformation journey toward a smokeless future.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of cross-channel 360° campaign plans, activities, and touchpoints for all brand initiatives, with clearly defined objectives. (Go-to-market strategy development, consumer journey mapping, campaign performance analysis & optimization).
- Project & Campaign Management (Budget management and cost optimization, stakeholder management & cross-functional coordination).
- Ensure consistent consumer messaging across all passive and active touchpoints, with a strong focus on PRRP.
- Oversee the development of all campaign materials for retail outlets, including primary and secondary communication, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and B2B communication, ensuring compliance with legislation and brand standards.
- Measure campaign performance and apply insights to improve future 360° campaign strategies (Market and consumer insight analysis, Dashboarding and reporting).
- Brief development and agency management.
- Orchestrate marketing cycles and processes across the local and Area Teams on behalf of the Slovak market.
- Manage a Team by ensuring their performance, engagement, and professional development.
- Set clear performance objectives for all team members and evaluate results regularly.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years in marketing, brand, or campaign management, ideally in FMCG or highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Integrated Marketing Principles: deep understanding of 360° campaign planning.
- Consumer behavior (segmentation, mapping, engagement strategies).
- Brand strategy (visual identity, brand architecture).
- Category & Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the PRRP landscape, trends in harm reduction, and key competitive dynamics (essential skill).
- Strategic & Analytical, Business approach to campaigns development with the full understanding of the impact marketing initiatives to overall company P&L.
- Communication & Collaboration (Clear and persuasive communication with senior stakeholders, team alignment and cross-market coordination, vendor relationship management).
- Experience in people management and strong leadership.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
