Production Lead

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by fostering a culture of constructive challenge, aligning with departmental priorities, and enhancing technical and system capabilities.
• Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, retain, and coach team members, ensuring strong technical and leadership capability within production.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support business integration, performance delivery, and alignment across teams.
• Oversee strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery with effective resource allocation.
• Lead and manage Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings, reporting on key metrics such as safety, quality, production attainment, and compliance, while embedding these standards into operations.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining traceability, documenting downtime, reviewing incidents, and embedding safety and quality into all processes.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
• Prior experience in production supervision is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Familiar with manufacturing standards and systems, including 5S, EHS, SPC, and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP and production machinery processes is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• A team player who works well with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Able to deliver consistent results in fast-paced environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Confident in providing coaching, guidance, and sound advice throughout the employee lifecycle
