BAT Vietnam has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst - Marketing Finance Planning & Reporting role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure all the required input would be timely and accurately provided to prepare budget planning exercise, while maintaining all the supporting details required relating to the S&OP process
- Manage the Marketing T&E budget to ensure actual tracking against budget and highlight to the budget holder(s) in case of any discrepancy
- Coordination of overall Marketing Investments across the cluster including sensitivities to propose resource allocation decisions to FD
- Custody all the records (hard & soft documents) to ensure fully address any audit and/or control and/or control navigator and/or risk management requirement of the function.
- Be responsible for any system set up and maintenance thru SAP as needed.
- Participate actively any project if required
- Build strong collaborative working relationships within the Finance leadership team and across functions.
- Self-development by undertaking a capability gap analysis (leadership & functional competency) then pro-active drive development plan to ensure the skill and knowledge levels are met expectations.
- Hold self-responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full and exhibit leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviours and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills; a quick learner with a drive-for-result and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
