British American Tobacco Pakistanhas an exciting opportunity for a Brand Development Associatein Lahore
Contract Type: This is a third-party contract role with BAT, for a duration of 6 months.
Brand Associate is primarily responsible is to lead projects and establishing on-time completion of deliverables for the specific projects in brand teams. Brand Associate needs to ensure effective delivery of assigned new product initiatives by working closely with category team and cross functional team under the leadership of Brand Development Manager. The individual should have the learning agility of acquiring knowledge about brand management and product management for all projects.
The individual should be able to understand the brief pertaining to commercial plans and build connection on how it will impact the new projects launched. The individual is also required to be able to inspire trust, create vision and have potential to keep synergy within team and other stakeholders across
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End to End delivery of all Projects with follow ups and project management with managers.
- Deliver the project agility in working with the managers to identify opportunities to deliver desired timelines which would stretch standard SLAs (Service Level Agreements) on Project.
- Management of the Project management system for NPI (New Product Introduction) and ensuring all projects are tracking correctly on the system.
- Ownership of the packaging AW(Artwork) adaptation based on guidelines developed by the strategic brand groups.
- Ensuring and following up on such packaging AW(Artwork) adaptations with relevant parties.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on PO (Purchase Order) and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) management.
- Be the pillar of support for G34 Brand Deployment Executive to take care of brand service expenditure, timely raise and fulfil POs (Purchase Order) and GRNs ((Purchase Order) as well as support him with queries of trade if needed to go an extra mile with regards to brand deployment team’s responsibilities.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and brand roles or equally in a brand supply chain hybrid role.
- A graduate in Marketing or business management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company
- Ability to work with large amount of data and extract insights
