Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive technical excellence by delivering robust module solutions and leading the execution of BATPNG’s maintenance strategy to ensure safe, reliable, and high-performing operations.
- Empower and support operating crews, providing on-the-floor guidance to resolve technical issues quickly and keep production running smoothly.
- Grow team capability by coaching Technical Operators and equipment owners, leading skills development, and overseeing training plans, assessments, and operator readiness.
- Champion strong collaboration by working closely with Module Leaders, Operators, Technical Operators, and Shift Leads to maintain a cohesive, flexible, and performance-driven environment.
- Lead critical daily routines, including the Shift DDS Meeting, ensuring clear communication, fast issue resolution, and alignment to the Site DDS DMS standards.
- Build a motivated, high-performing team culture by fostering positive stakeholder relationships and creating an environment where continuous improvement and shared ownership thrive.
What are we looking for?
- Degree, Diploma, or Trade Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline, with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
- Familiarity with factory standards such as 5S, EHS, SPC, manufacturing systems, and basic automation principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams while also being an effective team player who collaborates well across functions.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to deliver quality results under pressure, supported by solid communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- SAP knowledge and working experience with production machinery or equipment will be an added advantage.
