The Marketing Deployment Manager for Central America South is responsible for preparing a multicategory cycle grid and managing teams, the role expands into more strategic and operational territory within the markets of Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama & Dominican Republic, being always aware of other LANCAR market strategies, to further understanding of the cluster needs as a whole.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Execution: Lead the deployment of national and regional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers, sales teams, supply chain, and external agencies/suppliers to synchronize marketing efforts.
- Market Readiness: Ensure all assets, messaging, and promotional materials are tailored and ready for local markets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to optimize future deployments.
- Budget Management: Oversee deployment budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Scenario Planning: Anticipate potential conflicts or bottlenecks in the cycle grid and propose contingency plans.
- Data-Driven Prioritization: Use market data and performance metrics to prioritize campaigns and allocate resources effectively across categories.
- Integrated Planning: Align product launches, promotions, and activations across multiple categories to avoid overlap and maximize impact.
- Oversee the merchandising warehouse operations and coordinate the activities of merchandisers, ensuring timely deployment of materials, optimal inventory levels, and consistent brand execution across all touchpoints
What are we looking for?
- Strong understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market.
- Familiarity with distribution channels within the FMCG sector.
- Solid grasp of budget management and financial planning.
- Proficient in computer systems and various software tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record in sales of consumer goods.
- Experience working with established brands and brand activation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership and personnel management.
