Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver timely and accurate volume performance analysis to support demand forecasting, maintaining robust statistical models, key forecast drivers, and core planning assumptions while continuously monitoring trends, risks, and opportunities that may influence demand.
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to track actual sales performance versus forecast, analyze variances, uncover root causes, and provide clear recommendations to enable informed decision‑making and corrective actions.
- Constructively challenge stakeholders to strengthen the accuracy of forecast drivers and assumptions, ensuring forecasts reflect the latest business insights.
- Work collaboratively with the Supply team to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions arising from forecast evolution, supporting smooth operational execution and product availability.
- Ensure all forecasting activities and reporting are completed accurately and on time, in alignment with global standards and best practices.
What are we looking for?
- 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, with strong analytical and cognitive skills to build forecasting and tracking models aligned with business needs.
- Proven ability to identify reliable data sources, extract and troubleshoot sales information, and maintain accurate reporting.
- Strong communication skills with solid written and spoken English, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, high integrity, and a proactive attitude in driving outcomes.
- Proficient in Kinaxis, Power BI, Excel, or similar forecasting and visualization tools.
- Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, ideally complemented by a professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA).
- Added advantages include basic project management skills and exposure to consumer marketing.
