We are looking for a Compliance Intern who will join the Production Team in Trieste Factory on a full time basis.

Key responsibilities:

The Compliance Intern supports the Production and Compliance teams by managing and maintaining compliance documentation. The role focuses on ensuring that all documents are properly collected, organized, validated, and available in line with internal procedures and supplier agreements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the collection and organization of documentation related to production activities and production compliance, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
• Ensuring that all documentation is complete, up to date, correctly stored, and easily accessible.
• Supporting the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) linked to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.
• Maintaining and regularly updating the documentation list.
• Verifying that documents are reviewed and approved by the appropriate Points of Contact (PoCs).
• Following up with PoCs to collect missing information and ensure documentation remains available and current.

What are we looking for?

• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to manage follow-ups with multiple stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the following languages:
• Italian: Good (B2), English: Good (B2)
• Bachelor’s degree in law or administration
