British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Traditional Trade Development Junior Manager in Warsaw
This role supports the growth of BAT’s Traditional Trade channel by helping build long‑term commercial strategies and driving projects that improve sales efficiency. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams, you will enhance trade marketing tools, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to building a high‑performing team. With strong analytical capabilities, creativity, and proven project management skills, you will play a key role in developing the TT channel and supporting overall business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan and deliver medium- and long-term strategies for the Traditional Trade (TT) channel.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to achieve business goals.
- Improve trade marketing tools to grow sales.
- Lead projects in the TT channel to make sales more effective.
- Set and track targets for the TT channel and monitor KPIs.
- Coordinate team work, set priorities, and help team members develop skills.
- University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Management, Economics or similar.
- Experience in Traditional Trade or commercial/sales projects.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with different teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing).
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Creativity to design new trade marketing ideas.
- Experience managing a team, with great communication and organisation skills.
- Proficient English and Polish (spoken and written).
