We are seeking an experienced data professionals  to join us. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your expertise in data and analytics will empower partners to drive value through effective decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:

•  AI & Machine Learning Innovation
  Identify business opportunities for AI and ML applications (e.g., fraud detection, forecasting). Translate business challenges into functional requirements for AI solutions. Evaluate feasibility and ensure partner alignment for successful adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
   Act as a trusted partner, advisor or consultant between business and technology teams. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for data and AI initiatives. Drive alignment across functions to support smooth implementation.
• Technology Evangelism
   Promote awareness and understanding of modern data and AI capabilities within the organization. Advocate for procedures and develop a culture of innovation through information exchange and enablement sessions.
• Project Management & Coordination
  Coordinate efforts across multiple functions for data and AI projects.   Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure work meet business objectives and compliance standards.
• AI & Data Science Enthusiast
   Demonstrate strong interest in AI and data science trends. Ability to understand emerging technologies and articulate their potential impact on business processes.
• Technical Proficiency
   Possess solid understanding of data platforms, SQL, Power BI, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data ecosystems is beneficial for bridging business and technical discussions.
• Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting
   Gather and interpret business requirements to define analytical needs. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality and availability. Design significant dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Data Architecture & Engineering
   Maintain a broad understanding of data architecture principles and standards. Assess existing landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with business needs. Familiarity with Microsoft data ecosystem (e.g., Azure, Power BI, Fabric) is beneficial.

What are we looking for?

• Data Enthusiast: Passion for modern data and analytics solutions, backed by hands-on experience in data engineering, warehousing, and data science (AI/ML). Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential.
  Experience in data warehouse (Fabric) development / administration is a plus.
• Challenger Attitude: Adopt change and challenge the status quo.
• Pragmatic Approach: Willingness to get involved at every stage of the data lifecycle, even if it means rolling up your sleeves.
• Effective Communicator: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
