As Key Account Manager at BAT Denmark you are the forefront of our transformational journey towards a smokeless world. Your strong commercial lead ensures clear customer plans, communication & negotiations with your accounts through cross functional collaboration with our brand, legal, external affairs & finance departments. You will be responsible for managing large accounts, with significant contributions to our national P&L. You will be representing a market leading portfolio with a purpose to create a better tomorrow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build & own annual account plans to improve performance based on set KPI´s, in line with DK national growth plan
• Drive negotiations with accounts to deliver on annual growth plans
• Proactively seek, identify, and quantify opportunities to grow our business within existing account responsibility.
• Ongoingly supervise and own account performance & P&L contribution vs set targets
• Support Head of key accounts in developing national account plans & optimization projects (e.g. pricing, business development, RGM)
• Internally drive, & cross functionally develop business cases
• Build strong relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction rating.
• Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS and sustainability standards and procedures. 

What are we looking for?

• An experienced Key Account Manager within FMCG, or closely related industry
• Experienced negotiator – with proven results
• Experience of successfully driving business cases though cross functional collaboration within a matrix organisation
• Strong understanding of financial KPI´s & P&L drivers
