Junior Team Leader - Savar

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead shift operations to achieve production and business targets
• Drive Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and Daily Management Systems (DMS) execution
• Coach and develop Operators and Equipment Owners to build capability and ownership
• Lead troubleshooting and loss elimination activities to improve OEE and equipment reliability
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Manage shift resources, crew deployment, and rapid response during abnormalities
• Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Ensure accurate operational reporting, downtime tracking, and transaction discipline

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments are also welcome.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment at Savar Factory.
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to guide and coordinate teams on the shop floor.
• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment and embrace continuous learning.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of Safety, Quality, and Compliance.
