What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The key objectives of this role are:
- Analytical capacity of data from different sources turning into actions to follow aligned with the objectives of the company.
- Financial knowledge for the management of the incentive scheme for field force.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
- Deliver SOM OTS growth..
- Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs for IT systems.
- Monitoring and analysis of the objective’s fulfilment, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure the performance of the company.
- Comprehensive management of the incentive scheme of our commercial network.
- Plan trade activities in CRM systems ensuring good optimization of visits from our field force.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that all activities (product launches, promotions..) are executed with excellence across distribution channels while
- Participate in field force strategy planning to maximize the efficiency across various distribution channels.
- Cycle activities deployment with all the stakeholders in market on time.
- FF CRM compliance and maintenance align with planned activities.
- Company product portfolio and POS universe maintenance..
- Monitoring monthly field force activities and incentives targets and consecution.
- Ensure distribution levels for all the categories especially for NPIs launches and pipeline creations.
- Monitoring environmental, health and safety standards to make sure the company fully meets the external and internal requirements and create best practices which further enhance the overall wellbeing of our employees.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

- At least 3 years’ experience in a Trade-Brand Marketing team, sales force or data agency.
- FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

- User knowledge of content editing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and also CRM: PowerBI, Sales Force

- Level of English (both oral and written) = C1
