We are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to drive growth and profitability across the Iberia cluster. You will act as a trusted business partner and leader, driving Revenue Growth Management and customer investment strategies, allocating resources strategically, and leading return-on-investment analyses to ensure maximum value. You will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, delivering best-in-class financial insights while embedding a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will challenge the status quo, support business transformation, and deliver sustainable growth and stronger financial results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and execution of pricing and Revenue Growth Management strategies across all categories to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Leverage advanced pricing analytics and RGM methodologies to identify opportunities across multiple revenue streams.
- Own the development of forward-looking financial forecasts, providing senior stakeholders with clear visibility on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver insightful analyses to support strategic decision-making on marketing investments, pricing, business cases, and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage marketing and commercial investments across Iberia, ensuring strategic resource allocation and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and category teams, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and financial reporting standards, maintaining compliance across all activities.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance, with a strong track record in Commercial Finance within the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to deliver complex commercial and corporate finance strategies.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and senior business partnering.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent.
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of market dynamics, demand patterns, and Revenue Growth Management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to clearly articulate financial insights, strategies, and forecasts.
- Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Advanced financial and technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SAP, or BPC.
