Serve as a business partner to the US GM Team by delivering data‑driven commercial insights that inform pricing decisions and ensure growth initiatives translate into financial success. Support the RAI Investment Strategy team by applying big data and advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights that drive share growth and maximize ROI. Support pricing and promotion optimization efforts through account‑level analyses, predictive modeling, and post‑implementation performance reviews.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support portfolio, pricing, and customer/consumer price‑architecture strategies in a dynamic competitive environment.
• Deliver insights on pricing trends, competitor actions, consumer behavior, and cross‑category dynamics.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and contribute to sustainable net‑income improvement.
• Support monthly Pricing & Excise Forums by providing timely analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in executing Growth Management strategies across Tobacco and New Categories.
• Prepare, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain reporting routines and ensure master‑data accuracy to enhance decision‑making.
• Identify, standardize, and implement best practices across analytical and reporting processes.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree required (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning (Tobacco/FMCG preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical information.
• Experience extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data to support decision‑making.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in virtual and in‑office environments.
• Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and MicroStrategy(desirable).
• Strong leadership, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive desire to learn.
