British American Tobacco Papua New Guinea has an exciting opportunity for Regional Coordinator – Highlands & Coastal in Mt Hagen
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to NFM and RM processes.
- Coordinate and support field operations with effective planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports promptly upon request.
- Continuously review workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Guide TMRs in adhering to required processes and standards.
- Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment aligned with company strategy and vision.
- Support leadership development and help build a pipeline of future talent.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, procurement, or finance.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business is desirable.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and SAP, or similar tools.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage risks effectively.
- Proven ability in relationship and budget management.
- Results-driven with strong analytical thinking.
- High level of commitment to personal growth and development.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-awareness and insight to support team and personal performance.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, suppliers, and commercial partners.
- Skilled in negotiation and influencing.
