Support and develop a daily monitoring and reporting process for Leaf growing operation. Implement Leaf strategies together with the local leadership team to support department objectives and reporting

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide documentation support for activities related to internal control and compliance in leaf operation.
• Develop digital tools to monitor key KPIs and support decision-making in the Leaf Growing operation.
• Design and standardize procedures for core activities carried out by field technicians and farmers, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Identify efficiencies and opportunities by applying agronomic best practices and established procedures

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree students in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or International Business graduating in one year or later
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Highly motivated and ambitious professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Academic background in Agronomy Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools (Word, Power BI optional)
• Beneficial intercultural competencies gained through academic experience or personal background
