Your key responsibilities will include:
Event & Partnership Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of partnerships, events, and brand activations working together with internal teams and external agencies. Ensure activities are delivered in line with agreed marketing plans, partnership frameworks, timelines, and promotional objectives
Partnership and D2C promotion support
- Support the operational management of existing HoReCa and events
- Assist with partner negotiations, contract administration, and activation planning
- Support the one-on-one initiatives in retail and events to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and positive relationships with consumers
- Support day-to-day partner communication before, during, and after campaigns and promotions
Promotion & Activation Support
- Support the development and implementation of promotional plans for partnerships and events across owned and partner channels
- Coordinate promotional assets such as toolkits, visuals, messaging, and event calendars
- Assist in co-branded promotions and visibility initiatives within the HoReCa and events environment
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility, guest engagement, and commercial impact
Social Media & Digital Support
- Support social media promotion of events, activations, and partnerships in collaboration with the social media executive
- Assist in creating and coordinating content such as announcements, partner highlights, live event coverage, and post-event recaps
- Support scheduling and publishing of content across relevant social platforms
- Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement) and contribute insights for optimization
ROI Tracking & Performance Support
- Support the tracking and reporting of return on investment (ROI) for partnerships and events. Collect data, feedback, and insights to support performance analysis and future optimization.
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
- Work closely with internal collaborators and outside partners to ensure smooth execution of events and activations. Act as a reliable operational point of contact while ensuring adherence to brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
On-ground Event ExecutiProvide hands-on support for the logistical and operational delivery of gatherings and promotional initiatives. Ensure set-ups, materials, promotional visibility, and on-site execution meet brand standards and agreed plans.
Reporting & Performance Insights
- Collect post-event data, partner feedback, and execution insights, contributing to performance reports and learnings that support continuous improvement of partnerships and activations.
- Track results, contributing to performance reports and insights that support optimization and continuous improvement of partnerships and activations.
What are we looking for?
Partnership, Events & Promotion Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, events, trade marketing, brand activation, or related fields
- Exposure to HoReCa, entertainment, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
D2C Promotion
- Demonstrated experience supporting 121 activities in retail or events preferably in FMCG
Social Media & Digital Promotion Experience
- Familiarity with planning, scheduling, or coordinating content across social platforms (e.g, Instagram, Facebook)
- Basic understanding of social media indicators like reach and engagement and how social supports overall campaign visibility
Coordination & Relationship Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in coordination with internal units, agencies, and external partners in a structured execution role
- Confident in managing multiple partners while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
Organizational & Project Management Skills
- Highlyorganized and diligent
- Able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, partner requests, and promotional results in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with checklists, timelines, and reporting tools
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Event Management, Business, Communications, or a related field
Language Requirements
- Native German and fluent English skills
