As the Partnership Specialist, you will play a role in driving our brands’ presence in the HoReCa and events sector, managing key partnerships and ensuring flawless execution:
As a Partnership Specialist, you will support the execution of our brands’ presence in the HoReCa and events sector by assisting in partnership delivery, event coordination, and on-ground activations, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand and compliance standards.
- Coordinate partnerships, events, and brand activations, supporting planning, execution, on‑site delivery, and related social media activities in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and agencies.
- Support partner management and day‑to‑day operations, including communication, coordination, contracts, and activation support across HoReCa, entertainment, and digital channels.
- Track performance and drive improvement, contributing to ROI reporting, collecting feedback and results, and supporting content, visibility, and engagement across events and social media.
What are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or a related field (experience in HoReCa, entertainment, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, agencies, and external partners in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented and reliable, with basic knowledge of contracts, compliance, and structured project work.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) – required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a similar field.
