We want you to own your projects autonomously and continuously drive development and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Contribute to development and implement & deploy Austrian Trade strategy and route-to-market
  • Steer and supervise each piece of assigned activities, evaluate findings and opportunities to amplify quantitative & qualitative indicators
  • Lead the analytics and reporting with focus on optimization and growth
  • Responsibility for commercial objectives and efficient & effective utilization of budgets
  • Agile collaborate within a dynamic team, quick implementation of measures, direct evaluation of results and fast, independent implementation of generated takeaways  
  • Develop & manage business relationships with external suppliers & agencies
  • Efficient & effective relationships with internal collaborators (Field Force, Activation, Insights, Supply Chain, Area Categories, Legal)

The role is also designed to feed the talent pipeline within BAT & the Trade functions.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5yrs Marketing or Sales track record in FMCG company
  • Languages: Proficiency in German & English language required
  • Project management skills with keen drive to deliver on time in full
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Structured, organized, resilient, strategic problem solver
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Good understanding of business imperatives and discernment
  • Profound IT affinity (strong Excel knowledge required, CRM experience favourable)
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to innovate
