Jako POSM Specialist będziesz mieć realny wpływ na to, jak marki BAT są prezentowane i aktywowane w punktach sprzedaży. Będziesz odpowiadać za rozwój i wdrażanie materiałów komunikacyjnych, współpracując przy tym z lokalnymi zespołami oraz partnerami zewnętrznymi zaangażowanymi w ich realizację.
Główne obowiązki obejmują:
- Wdrażanie kampanii marketingowych oraz działań związanych z polityką cenową we wszystkich punktach kontaktu komunikacji retailowej.
- Zapewnienie optymalnej widoczności produktów w punktach sprzedaży.
- Współpraca z zewnętrznymi dostawcami i agencjami oraz koordynowanie ich działań w zakresie produkcji materiałów i rozwiązań dot. planogramów.
- Monitorowanie, analizowanie i optymalizowanie prowadzonych inicjatyw, a także proponowanie nowych pomysłów.
- Wsparcie w opracowywaniu nowych materiałów merchandisingowych.
- Budowanie silnych relacji z działem Marketingu oraz innymi interesariuszami wewnętrznymi w celu zapewnienia sprawnego wdrażania działań.
Nasze wymagania:
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowany kierunek: marketing
- 1-2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze Trade Marketingu, POSM oraz pokrewne
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego; znajomość języka francuskiego lub niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.
- Bardzo dobre umiejętności zarządzania projektami.
- Bardzo dobre zdolności analityczne oraz umiejętność przekładania informacji na wnioski, a następnie na konkretne działania.
- Umiejętność pracy pod dużą presją czasu.
- Dobra znajomość narzędzi MS Office, w szczególności PowerPoint i Excel.
