We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of operations, customer collaboration, planning, and digital tools.
In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers, operations, planning, and logistics teams—ensuring products are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) while continuously improving forecasting accuracy, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive Forecasting & Supply Planning
- Make Customer Deliveries Happen -> Manage customer orders from receipt through successful delivery.
- Solve Problems Before They Become Issues
- Optimize Inventory & Reduce Waste
- Leverage Data & Digital Tools
What are we looking for?
- Your Background: University degree in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Strategy & Planning or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for working with data and turning insights into actions.
- Experience in supply planning, demand planning, customer operations, or shared service environments is a plus.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong digital literacy and curiosity for new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English & German
