REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Pricing Capabilities & Infrastructure in Winston-Salem, NC
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of pricing capabilities, processes, and tools. Partner with business, analytics, data, and technology teams to gather requirements, document business processes, coordinate delivery activities, and support user adoption of new pricing capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of pricing capabilities, business processes, data products, and enabling tools.
- Partner with business, analytics, forecasting, performance, data, technology, and vendor teams to gather and document requirements, map current and future-state processes, clarify dependencies, and coordinate delivery activities.
- Execute assigned pricing capability and infrastructure activities, including tool support, testing coordination, issue tracking, stakeholder management, and operational readiness.
- Maintain process documentation, requirements logs, vendor trackers, system issue lists, user feedback summaries, and operational support materials.
- Support pricing capability enhancements by preparing test scenarios, validating outputs, capturing defects and user impacts, and coordinating resolution with technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify tool, process, data acquisition, data management, or usability issues and escalate them with clear facts, examples, impacts, and recommended next steps.
- Support change management and user adoption by developing and delivering communications, training, guidance, and support materials for new tools and process changes.
- Convert complex business, analytical, data, and technical content into consumable, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending ways to simplify tools and processes, improve reliability, strengthen the user experience, and increase adoption.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, analytics, systems support, project coordination, pricing operations, or related business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Proven project management and coordination experience, including managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and governance activities.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong data analytics and technical acumen, with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into solutions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable manner.
- Experience supporting change management, training, stakeholder communications, and user adoption of new processes, tools, or capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree required.
