Consumer Experience is seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join the Digital Campaign Operations team, responsible for the development of campaigns and partnerships that enable the company's sophisticated data-driven investment strategies.
As a key member of an exciting and fast-paced team, this role offers the opportunity to ensure that Campaign Operations serves as the backbone of our omnichannel initiatives, delivering seamless journeys for Adult Tobacco Consumers while driving a mobile-first approach.
As part of the Consumer Marketing Services team, the Campaign Operations Manager will play an integral role in maintaining strong relationships with both brand partners and Adult Tobacco Consumers. This position requires an innovative mindset, comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, determination, drive, and a genuine passion for professional growth within digital marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Lead and manage a team of campaign managers and agency partners responsible for deploying email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns across 12+ brands.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Campaign solutions, providing leadership and guidance on campaign execution, optimization, and best practices.
- Design and architect customer journey solutions using Adobe Campaign V8, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies.
- Own communication strategy, audience segmentation, and personalization efforts to drive effective consumer engagement across multiple channels.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, validation, testing, deployment, and delivery.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, personalization, content strategy, and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Data, Creative, and Technology to define campaign requirements and ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement continuous improvements to maximize deliverability, compliance, and business results.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Market Research, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing and Campaign Operations experience managing multi-channel marketing programs.
- 2-3+ years of hands-on Adobe Campaign experience (Adobe Campaign Classic and/or V8 required).
- Experience leading teams and agency resources in campaign execution and marketing operations environments.
- Strong expertise in Customer Journey Management, Audience Segmentation, Personalization, and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Marketing Automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing campaign setup, testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
