REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager Consumer Intelligence Solutions in Winston-Salem, NC.
The Senior Manager Consumer Intelligence Solutions is responsible for transforming consumer intelligence assets into scalable business solutions that improve accessibility, usability, and adoption of consumer data. This role serves as the subject matter expert on consumer data structures, reporting requirements, and business use cases, ensuring consumer data is delivered in ways that enable meaningful decision-making across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable reporting, measurement, and intelligence solutions
- Design and evolve scorecards, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and recurring deliverables that improve business decision making
- Define data structures, business rules, and reporting requirements that enable effective use of data resources
- Partner with research suppliers to ensure consumer data is delivered in formats that support flexible reporting, analysis, and future business needs
- Collaborate with IDT, Global Insights, and technology partners to integrate consumer data into enterprise tools and platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve accessibility, automate reporting processes, and increase efficiency across the consumer intelligence ecosystem.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and new data sources to address evolving business needs.
- Lead and prioritize work for third party vendor resources supporting recurring analysis, reporting & scorecards
- Drive adoption, training, governance, and continuous improvement of consumer intelligence solutions across the organization.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Consumer Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field. CPG experience preferred.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and identify practical solutions.
- Ability to understand how research design, data structures, KPIs and reporting outputs connect to one another.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively working cross-functionally and influencing a broad set of stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across functions, vendors, and external partners
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.
- Strong verbal/written communication, data visualization and presentations skills
- Experience with reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, etc); Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Dashboard development (Power BI/Tableau) experience preferred.
