REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Data Products - Pricing & Revenue Growth Management in Winston-Salem
This position is part of the Marketing Intelligence organization and plays a critical role in shaping the future of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and pricing capabilities. It serves as the operational bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating pricing and commercial needs into scalable data and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong pricing, RGM, and commercial analytics expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills. This individual will partner with teams across RGM Investment Strategy, Finance, Trade Marketing, and IT to develop data products that improve business performance and accelerate value creation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT to translate business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve pricing effectiveness, business performance, and value realization.
- Gather, prioritize, and document business requirements for pricing and RGM initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of data products, analytics capabilities, and reporting solutions that support pricing decision-making.
- Establish governance processes and ensure data quality, consistency, and sustainability across pricing-related data assets.
- Manage product roadmaps, priorities, and enhancement requests to align with evolving business needs.
- Drive stakeholder adoption, change management, and continuous improvement of pricing and analytics solutions.
- Provide recommendations and insights that support strategic pricing and RGM decisions.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in RGM, Pricing, Commercial Analytics, or related commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, pricing execution, and RGM principles.
- Advanced SQL to source, transform, analyze, and validate complex datasets
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into data, analytics, or technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technology teams.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to influence decision-making in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience leading projects, managing multiple priorities, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
