Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure efficient upkeep of secondary services infrastructure in the factory, closely following Company Plan budgets
• Support the effective rollout of all Capex and Revex projects associated with secondary services infrastructure
• Drive continuous energy conservation efforts within your area of responsibility
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to secondary services infrastructure
• Maintain a relentless focus on EH&S in your respective area, aiming for zero incidents
• Assist the Production department to ensure a high-quality product through timely and effective support

What are we looking for?

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience handling operations and maintenance tasks within a manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated with initiative, drive, and leadership abilities.
• Must be able to lead a team of contractual and unionized employees with decision-making and resource management skills.
• Technical knowledge and hands-on working experience to handle maintenance as well as troubleshooting and operational issues
• Good knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety, Processing & Factory Operations skills, personnel administration and its governing laws
• Full appreciation of financial controls, budgetary accounting, government and other controls, supplier evaluation and legal requirements for contracts/agreements
• Ability to deal and negotiate with Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Ability to deal with diverse nature of jobs daily hence requiring flexibility and a new way towards conflict resolution
