As an ME Business Analyst - GTNT CoE, the responsibility includes enhancing business requirements through the interpretation of demand into technical needs on the platform. They will analyse business operations, find opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with SMEs, Product Teams, & Local DBS teams to implement a fit-for-purpose solution
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyze legislation and translate legislative requirements into business/technical requirements in existing or new BRDs, while validating and detailing new user requirements for develop processing.
- Validate functional designs against business requirements and ensure compliance with document management rules.
- Support SIT activities through supplying test scripts, assisting with preparation and execution, and validating SIT results for existing solutions/templates.
- Support UAT activities by providing UAT scripts and assisting with execution when required.
- Maintain collaboration with designers, local key users, and SMEs to validate assumptions, confirm solution direction, and resolve technical/business queries.
- Build and manage CRs for system changes and create and follow up on demands and DAB requests.
- Provide documentation for AURA assessments, participate in fit/gap sessions, and maintain and deliver KT on TnT Infrastructure Requirements and TnT Masterdata.
- Participate in problem resolution, quality assure BAU handovers and manage BRD handovers to designers.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or Engineering, with equivalent relevant experience considered; good knowledge and understanding of overall business processes.
- Demonstrated ability as a Business Analyst within manufacturing or logistics. Ideally, experience is in FMCG environments. Experience includes gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications for serialization systems.
- Knowledge of serialization and track & trace regulations, preferably in the tobacco industry (TPD, DTS, CRPT, etc.), and related data standards (GS1, EPCIS).
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP modules MM, PP, WM, and LE.
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams including IT, End Markets, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
- Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and supporting system testing in regulated environments.
- Proven excellence in communication, documentation creation and management, with a strong analytical perspective and the ability to identify and fix process and data issues throughout the serialized product lifecycle.
