ROLE PROFILE
JOB TITLE: Corporate Finance Junior Manager – Treasury
FUNCTION: Finance

DURATION: Fixed-term until 12/2028
ROLE SUMMARY
- Treasury related activities for the UK Companies: coordinate monthly with the UK Companies subsidiaries and external associates to provide reliable dividend forecast for the next 20 months, analyze the forecast variances and report it in BATCASH- forecast system; submit monthly mid-term cash flow actuals in BATCASH;
- Dividends Management- on a daily basis, coordinate with the UK Companies subsidiaries and external associates to ensure dividends are forecasted, accounted and cash managed correctly and efficiently, using treasury instruments, as needed;
- Group Reporting for the UK Companies: Prepare, analyze and submit the monthly / quarterly / annual Group statutory and management financial reporting for the Dividends area (P&L, BS, CF), considering the group reporting guidelines. Engage with the internal stakeholders to clear the intercompany mismatches
- Management of BAT plc: accounting, reporting and forecast. Main activities: external dividends payment, guarantee fees collection from US, Annual Treasury share acquisition, Share Capital reconciliation;
- Annual share scheme recharges from BAT Holdings to other BAT entities: coordinate with Share Scheme Lead, analyze and understand the share scheme reports in order to prepare the recharge depending on BAT entities specific. Engage with the internal stakeholders on various queries;
- Collaborate closely with external audit to provide timely, well documented and relevant information required, in order to facilitate the stat accounts deadlines achievement.
