Project Manager - Master Data Management & OTC

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Master Data initiatives across multiple markets, focusing on data quality, standardization, and process optimization. This role will drive data cleaning efforts, enforce governance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and consistent master data for vendors, customers, and other core data objects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead data cleaning across markets for vendor, customer, purchasing, and other core data objects.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies in historical and transactional data.
• Define and standardize data quality rules across priority markets (80/20).
• Align key attributes such as payment terms, company codes, and sales organizations.
• Coordinate stakeholders through regular status meetings, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Simplify BAU processes and ensure adoption of standardized procedures.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with OTC, S2S, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and IT to align requirements.
• Develop dashboards to monitor data quality, KPIs, compliance, and improvement opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• Project management experience in Master Data, Data Governance, or ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of E2E processes, especially OTC and S2S.
• Hands‑on data cleansing, migration, and data quality framework expertise.
• Deep knowledge of master data structures (vendor, customer, purchasing).
• Excellent stakeholder management across global and local teams.
• Ability to translate data issues into clear business actions and recommendations.
• Process‑oriented mindset focused on simplification, standardization, and governance.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented with experience using ERP systems and dashboarding tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
