ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Executive for our Operations Team.
This role is responsible for driving loss elimination initiatives with a strong focus on Wrapping Material Waste (WMW) monitoring and analysis, while supporting PM activities through accurate and timely execution of SAP service receipt processes. The role combines data-driven problem-solving and system proficiency to contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing adherence to IWS standards and actively supporting IWS pillars to ensure Phase 2 readiness, fostering a culture of capability building and sustainable performance.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Monitor, analyze, and report wrapping material waste (WMW) trends and identify loss drivers in collaboration with line and area teams.
- Lead and support WMW-related loss elimination initiatives under the Loss Elimination pillar framework.
- Maintain and update WMW dashboards, action trackers, and visual boards for visibility and governance.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on identified WMW-related actions and results.
- Provide system support on SAP service-related processes, specifically GR (Goods Receipt) posting for services within PM workflows.
- Coordinate with the PM team to ensure accurate service confirmations and closure of service orders in SAP.
- Participate in pillar reviews and governance routines to provide updates and share insights.
- Support the implementation and adherence to IWS standards across relevant work processes.
- Collaborate with pillar leaders to track and drive progress toward IWS Phase 2 readiness.
- Assist in capability building through training support, documentation alignment, and audit readiness for IWS activities.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- BSc in Engineering or any other equivalent qualification
- 1 – 2 Years experience in manufacturing
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
- Effective Stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
