Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for an Area IDT Marketing Analyst in Islamabad
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify consumer and commercial needs, and coordinate with IDT teams to support the delivery of scalable digital initiatives that improve consumer engagement and business performance.
- Manage and align business requirements, project priorities, and digital initiatives with market needs, consumer lifecycle objectives, and overall business strategy.
- Act as the key liaison between business and IDT teams to ensure smooth communication, effective prioritization, and successful execution of digital and consumer technology initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and regional partners to support seamless end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, integrations, and consumer-facing solutions.
- Support governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance alignment by collaborating closely with appropriate technology and risk management groups throughout digital initiatives.
- Monitor consumer, digital, and market trends to find opportunities for innovation, platform improvements, and enhanced consumer experiences across the digital ecosystem.
- Drive collaborator engagement, project coordination, and business adoption to ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable commercial and operational impact.
- Aid in the continuous advancement of digital platforms and workflows through insights derived from data, interdepartmental cooperation, and timely issue management.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2– 4 years of relevant experience in digital business management, technology business partnering, consumer platforms, project management, consulting, or related business-facing technology roles.
- Solid knowledge of digital business functions, consumer lifecycle management, and platforms like Hubspot and Shopify with the ability to connect technology projects with commercial and consumer goals.
- Experience working in close partnership with technology, data, and cybersecurity teams to coordinate and support the delivery of digital initiatives and consumer solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Good awareness of digital trends, new technologies, consumer engagement practices, and market developments, with the ability to find opportunities that support business growth and innovation.
- Proven ability to manage collaborators with the skill to coordinate effectively across business functions, IDT teams, external vendors, and regional partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing or supporting end-to-end digital initiatives, including business requirement gathering, project coordination, user alignment, implementation tracking, and post-launch adoption.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, governance, and compliance factors in digital and consumer-centered platforms and ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with the capacity to interpret business needs, consumer insights, and operational data to facilitate informed decision-making and steady progress.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to bridge conversations between technical and non-technical collaborators and foster agreement across teams.
- Exposure to FMCG, digital commerce, consumer engagement, marketing technology, or digital transformation environments, with a commercially oriented and consumer-centric approach.
