Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Junior HRBP (IR & Ops) in Jhelum, Pakistan
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead Talent Management processes, including performance management, succession planning, learning & development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Roll out and coordinate employee engagement and organizational health surveys at the factory, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on action plans.
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and build organizational capability.
- Assist the Industrial Relations Manager in implementing the IR strategy, ensuring labour law compliance, supporting grievance resolution, and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors, ensure timely updates to employee data and organizational structures, and generate HR reports and analytics as required.
- Coordinate talent reviews, internal transfers, and development initiatives with regional HR teams.
- Support HR budgeting and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
What are we looking for?
- 2 to 3 years minimum of experience in HRBP space, Talent Management and/or Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors or ERP, including HR data management and reporting and expertise in MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability in stakeholder management and the capability to independently handle administrative tasks and resolve related issues.
- Demonstrate proactiveness, ownership, and drive, while displaying strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Local Labour Laws is a plus.
- Mobile candidate, willing to relocate to Jhelum
