As a Compliance and Engagement Manager – Record to Report (R2R), you will play a critical role in ensuring a robust and compliant Finance control environment across end-to-end Finance processes within BAT’s Global Business Solutions organization.
You will act as a key partner to global teams, end markets, and senior stakeholders, supporting finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement across multiple regions. This role combines strong Finance expertise with stakeholder engagement, change management, and operational excellence
