Manage and support the change lifecycle of implementation of changes including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, addressing the appropriate governance body for approvals, transitioning and supporting the change post implementation.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Ensure all changes comply with change management processes/governance/criteria
- Maintain quality assurance standards aligned with internal audits and SOX compliance requirements.
- Support release and deployment management, service transition, and day-to-day service operations.
- Drive adherence to CSIP standards and contribute to building a lean organizational culture.
- Leading a team of internal and outsource resources. Provide mentorship and mentor to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business units.
- Engage with global, regional, and local customers to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 6 years working experience in SAP S/4 Hana and ECC6 within project implementation and/or support organization
- Primary skills in the following SAP S/4 Hana and ECC6 modules:
- Credit Risk Analyzer
- Market Risk Analyzer
- Portfolio Analyzer
- Transaction manager – Money Market, FX, Securities etc
- IHC/IHB – In House Cash / In House Bank
- CM – Cash Management
- LP – Liquidity Planner
- BCM – Bank Communication Manager, including process and design of payments
- BAM – Bank Account Management
- General appreciation of SAP technical and ABAP
- Have practical experience in areas of business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, designing solutions, implementing feasible solution, conducting tests (FUT, SIT, UAT, RT), data conversion and supporting the solution
- Have good engagement and communication skills, able to work with customers from all levels and globally
Knowledge of ITIL processes and guidelines. Certification in ITIL professional examinations is beneficial
- Knowledge in change facilitation methods and implementation cycle/stages
- Strong familiarity with SOX and its relevance in IT contexts
- Good understanding of DevOps Principle and practices
