Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead daily end‑to‑end production operations while coaching and developing Module Leads and Operators to strengthen skills, improve performance, and build team capability.
- Drive impactful loss‑elimination initiatives by executing 90‑Day Plans, analysing performance data, and applying IWS tools to deliver strong improvements in OEE and downtime reduction.
- Champion Daily Management Systems (Centerline, Changeover, and Change Management) by ensuring standards, audits, and weekly health checks are consistently completed and continuously improved.
- Facilitate proactive root‑cause problem solving on the production floor, using Unified Problem‑Solving tools and maintaining high data accuracy within Line Event Data Systems (LEDS).
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to set priorities, streamline changeovers, support planned stops, and lead improvement projects that enhance operational performance.
- Identify development needs and create meaningful training materials (e.g., OPLs, work instructions, FMEA) to build capability and promote a strong continuous‑improvement culture across the team.
What are we looking for?
- Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 5+ years of relevant experience in an FMCG or high‑speed manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical capability with the ability to achieve technical mastery of equipment and coach others to build the same level of proficiency.
- Proven advanced problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address issues using data-driven, fact‑based approaches.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills, with the ability to train teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and accountability, with strong ownership of results and the drive to continuously improve personal and team capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong discipline in time management, follow‑through, and project execution.
