British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Security Executive in Malang, Indonesia.
The role involves handling and driving comprehensive security strategies, ensuring the implementation of effective security policies and risk management processes, building intelligence networks, and leading security teams to protect company assets, personnel, and information in a complex security environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and implement the country's security strategy, including business continuity, crisis management, information security, and asset/personnel protection.
- Continuously review, implement, and maintain effective security policies, procedures, and practices aligned with BAT Security Policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process to fulfill Control Navigator requirements.
- Ensure correct security risk management processes are implemented and maintained, including organizing quarterly risk management meetings and updating the risk register.
- Build an effective intelligence network to capture information on security risks and advise functional managers accordingly.
- Maintain close contact with security professionals from international companies and local NGOs.
- Drive local security policy compliance with BAT Indonesia’s procedures and global standard processes.
- Conduct and supervise preliminary inquiries, investigations, and security incident reviews to identify weaknesses and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.
What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years and above experience in leading and driving comprehensive security strategies and action plans.
- Have a Gada Utama security managerial certification and training issued by the Police
- Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and practices, including information security and asset/personnel protection.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes.
- Proficiency in security risk management, including organizing and leading risk management meetings and maintaining risk registers.
- Ability to build and maintain effective intelligence networks for gathering information on security risks.
- Strong networking skills with local law enforcement, security, and intelligence agencies, as well as private sector counterparts.
- Experience in developing and implementing security awareness programs for employees and business partners.
- Leadership experience in directing security teams and operations, including succession planning for security functions.
