Lab Technician I

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine analytical testing according to established methods, SOPs, and laboratory standards. 
• Operate analytical instruments and laboratory tools safely, accurately, and efficiently (e.g., GC, HPLC, ICP). 
• Prepare and manage samples, reagents, standards, and other testing materials in accordance with laboratory requirements. 
• Ensure proper control of environmental conditions related to analytical work (temperature, humidity, cleanliness). 
• Document all test setups, instrument parameters, and analytical conditions clearly and completely. 
• Record test results with accuracy and maintain full traceability through proper documentation. 
• Support continuous improvements in analytical methods, workflows, and data accuracy. 
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with quality systems, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GLP, ISO). 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Applied Sciences, Laboratory Technology, or a related scientific field. Experience in analytical laboratories or knowledge of laboratory testing methods is an advantage. 
• Familiarity with laboratory instrument, documentation, data recording, and maintaining accurate test results. 
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional laboratory teams. 
• Demonstrated self-motivation and basic personal leadership in managing daily lab tasks. 
• Strong analytical mindset, basic problem-solving skills 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support teamwork and reporting activities 
• Good computer literacy, including use of laboratory software or digital documentation systems, & Microsoft office 
• Ability to communicate in English effectively (spoken and written).
