Product Development Technical Support

Your key responsibility will be:

• Support product development and continuous improvement activities in line with regulatory and quality requirements
• Prepare, update, and maintain product specifications, formulations, and technical documentation
• Ensure development data and compliance records are accurately documented and submitted in internal systems
• Coordinate and deliver assigned development projects in collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders
• Support implementation of new or updated products at factory level, including readiness and specification alignment
• Monitor product quality and performance data, identify issues, and support corrective actions with senior team members
• Assist with laboratory work, including sample preparation, testing coordination, and sensory evaluation support
• Track project timelines, development costs, and maintain proper records for samples and analytical data

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Relevant experience in product development, laboratory, packaging, or technical roles is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of data or statistics
• Good technical understanding and applied science background to support product development and formulation activities
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data and documentation systems
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet timelines, and work in a structured environment
• Self-motivated team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
