Le exécutif de l’accès au marché joue un rôle clé dans l’élaboration des dossiers destinés aux payeurs, la création de narratifs convaincants fondés sur des données probantes et le soutien aux stratégies d’engagement auprès des professionnels de santé, afin de positionner les produits de manière compétitive dans le paysage évolutif du remboursement au Canada. Ce rôle exige d’excellentes compétences en communication ainsi que la capacité de bâtir des relations de confiance avec des parties prenantes internes et externes.

Vos zones de responsabilité sont:

    • Préparer et gérer les soumissions destinées aux payeurs publics et privés (p. ex. RAMQ, assureurs privés), en assurant leur exactitude et leur conformité
    • Développer des supports d’accès au marché de haute qualité, incluant des dossiers, des synthèses de données probantes et des documents d’information
    • Contribuer aux stratégies de tarification et de remboursement en alignement avec les objectifs d’accès au marché
    • Surveiller et interpréter les évolutions du paysage canadien en matière de remboursement et de politiques de santé
    • Établir crédibilité et confiance grâce à une communication cohérente, scientifique et basée sur des données probantes
    • Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes Réglementaire, Juridique, Marketing et Commerciale afin d’assurer l’alignement
    • Représenter l’organisation lors de conférences sectorielles, en participant à des panels et discussions avec les acteurs du système de santé
    • Contribuer au développement des compétences internes sur les sujets liés à l’accès au marché et aux aspects scientifiques

Ce quoi ce qu’on recherche ?

    • Baccalauréat en marketing, en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe 
    • Expérience en accès au marché ou dans des fonctions liées aux professionnels de santé (HCP)
    • Une expérience dans la préparation et la gestion de soumissions pour des payeurs publics ou privés constitue un atout, sans être obligatoire
    • Excellentes compétences en présentation, incluant la capacité à s’adresser à des audiences larges ou expertes et à influencer efficacement
    • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, avec la capacité de traduire des données scientifiques en impact concret
    • Fortes compétences analytiques et créatives, avec la capacité de transformer des données en recommandations actionnables
    • Maîtrise démontrée des outils d’IA (p. ex. modèles de langage — LLM) pour soutenir les stratégies de remboursement, les soumissions et les activités d’accès au marché
    • Maîtrise de l’anglais : le français est un atout

The Market Access Executive plays a key role in shaping payer submissions, crafting compelling evidence‑based narratives, and supporting healthcare engagement strategies to position products competitively within Canada’s evolving reimbursement landscape. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and manage submissions for public and private payers (e.g., RAMQ, private insurers), ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Develop high‑quality market access materials, including dossiers, evidence summaries, and briefing documents
  • Support pricing and reimbursement strategies aligned with market access objectives
  • Monitor and interpret changes in the Canadian reimbursement and policy landscape
  • Build credibility and trust through consistent, science‑based communication with stakeholders
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Regulatory, Legal, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, contributing to panels and discussions with healthcare stakeholders
  • Support internal capability building on market access and scientific topics

What are we looking for?

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business management, or related area
  • Experience in Market Access, HCP related roles
  •  Experience in preparing and managing submissions for public private payers is a plus, not a requirement
  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to larger or expert audiences and ability to influence effectively
  • Confident communicator with the ability to translate science into impact
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to support reimbursement strategies, submissions and market access activities
    • Fluency in English: French is an asset.
