Nous sommes heureux d’annoncer une nouvelle ouverture passionnante au sein de notre équipe de HCP (professionnels de la santé) et accès au marché pour le poste de Associé(e) à l’activation de HCP (professionnels de la santé)basé àMontréal, Canada.

Positionnement du rôle et objectifs

Ce poste est responsable de la coordination et du déploiement de toutes les communications de campagnes centralisées et du matériel promotionnel sur lieu de vente (POSM) auprès de nos principaux collaborateurs, ainsi que de l’analyse des rapports et des évaluations postimplémentation (PIR) liées aux activations des canaux. LAssocié(e) développera et maintiendra des trousses «evergreen» (pérennes), incluant des planogrammes, des affiches de prix, des catalogues de SKU, ainsi que des actifs et activations numériques.

Le rôle contribue à la performance en construisant, mettant à jour et communiquant les résultats des campagnes en continu, tout en soutenant l’exécution des représentants des ventes externes en pharmacie. Il/elle veille à ce que les priorités et communications de cycle — telles que les directives de cycle, les trousses de référencement, les présentations de déploiement, les rendus d’emballage et les catalogues de prix — soient communiquées et déployées via les canaux appropriés.

De plus, l’Associé(e) soutiendra l’équipe élargie HCP (professionnels de la santé) et accès au marché et représentera l’entreprise lors de congrès pharmaceutiques et cliniques, contribuant ainsi à l’alignement interfonctionnel et à l’engagement externe.

Vos principales responsabilités incluront: (5 maximum for non-mgmt, 8 max for mgmt.)

  1. Aider à l’exécution des stratégies d’activation en magasin, améliorer la visibilité des produits et l’engagement des patients dans les pharmacies.
  2. Soutenir la planification cyclique et trimestrielle des initiatives pharmaceutiques, en coordonnant avec les équipes internes et externes pour une exécution fluide.
  3. Surveiller et analyser les parcours des clients dans l’environnement de vente au détail, en fournissant des insights pour améliorer le placement des produits et l’engagement des patients.
  4. Collaborer avec les fournisseurs externes et la force de vente tierce pour exécuter les activations en magasin et les campagnes de marketing en magasin.
  5. Collecter et analyser les données de performance en magasin, en offrant des insights pour améliorer les futures activations et l’expérience client.
  6. Représenter l’organisation lors de conférences de l’industrie, notamment en animant ou en participant à des tables rondes

QUELLES COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?

Compétences techniques / fonctionnelles / de leadership requises

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter des échéances serrées
  • Expérience en gestion de projets impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes et coordination des communications
  • Solides compétences créatives et analytiques, avec la capacité de transformer les données en actions concrètes
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements modérés dans le cadre de conférences et rencontres externes (payeurs, professionnels de la santé, leaders d’opinion)

We’re pleased to share an exciting new opening within our HCP & Market Access Team for the position of  HCP Activation Associate based out of Montreal, Canada.

Role positioning and objectives

The role is responsible for coordinating and deploying all centralized campaign communications and POSM to our key collaborators, as well as conducting reporting analysis and postimplementation reviews (PIRs) related to channel activations. The Associate will build and maintain evergreen toolkits, including planograms, price signs, SKU catalogues, and support digital assets and activations.

The role drives performance by building, updating, and communicating ongoing campaign performance and supporting 3rd party sales representative execution in pharmacies. They ensure cycle priorities and cycle communications—such as cycle instructions, listing kits, deployment decks, packaging renders, and price books—are communicated and deployed through the appropriate channels.

In addition, the Associate will support the broader HCP and Medical Affairs (MA) team and represent the company at pharmaceutical and other clinical conferences, contributing to crossfunctional alignment and external engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Assist in executing retail activation strategies, improving product visibility and patient engagement in pharmacies.
  2. Support cyclical and quarterly planning of pharma initiatives, coordinating with internal and external teams for seamless execution.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer journeys in the retail environment, providing insights to enhance product placement and patient engagement.
  4. Collaborate with external suppliers and the 3rd party field force to execute retail activations and in-store marketing campaigns.
  5. Collect and analyze retail performance data, offering insights to improve future activations and customer experiences.
  6. Represent the organisation at industry conferences, including leading or participating in panel discussions

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? (8 max. in total)

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
  • Project management experience working with multiple stakeholders and keeping everyone up to date
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Availability to travel moderately for industry conferences and external meetings with payers, healthcare practitioners, and key opinion leaders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
  • Fluency in English; French is an asset.
  • Intermediate use of MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel

Experience Required

  •   1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing preferred

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business management, pharmaceutical or related area
