WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Assist in inspecting raw tobacco leaves and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Support testing activities such as moisture content, texture, color, Particle size and contamination checks.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities to the Quality Coordinator.
• Preparation of Tobacco Samples for Analysis.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation of quality control procedures across production processes.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and test results.
• Assist in preparing quality reports and audit documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of quality-related documents.
• Monitor production processes and report quality issues.
• Support audits and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Assist In Pest and Hygiene management
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
•  High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
•  Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
