British American Tobacco Romania angajează Operations Finance Analyst în Ploiesti.
Principalele tale responsabilitati vor include:
- Pregăteste si automatizeaza rapoarte si simplifica procese privind costurile de conversie și cheltuielile generale de producție pe centre de cost pentru bugetul anual și pentru raportarea lunară și trimestrială;
- Raporteaza costurile previzionate si cele actuale ale departamentelor pentru pregătirea raportării lunare și trimestriale pentru management;
- Acorda sprijin sefilor de departament pentru planificarea și raportarea bugetară în ceea ce privește costurile reale / bugetate în aplicatia BPC;
- Activități de închidere lunară /anuală: ajustari / provizioane /refacturari
- Revizuieste, verifica si corecteaza erorile aparute in informatiile financiare si pregateste analiza detaliata a variatiei pe fiecare tip de cheltuiala.
Ce cautam?
- Diplomă universitară în Finanțe, Administrarea Afacerilor, Contabilitate sau Economie sau experienta relevanta
- Atenție la detalii și abilități numerice foarte bune; cunoștințele/experiența în SAP și Power BI reprezintă un avantaj.
- Cunoștințe avansate de Excel, necesare pentru a manipula volume mari de date.
- Abilități analitice , cu capacitatea de a corela datele cu indicatorii de performanță
- Bune abilități de comunicare cu o abordare comercială a tuturor activităților;
