Location: Nawabshah, Pakistan
Principal Accountabilities
- Lead the Nawabshah Area business end-to-end, delivering sustainable volume and share growth through strong commercial execution.
- Develop and drive the Area operational plan in line with company priorities and the growth agenda agreed with the Regional Manager.
- Drive route-to-market excellence, outlet coverage, product availability, assortment, visibility and quality execution across the Area.
- Coordinate implementation of Brand and Trade programmes developed by the Central teams.
- Build distributor capability and ensure effective management of stock, coverage frequencies, claims, controls and commercial operations.
- Translate market, consumer and competitor insights into practical Area growth plans and timely actions.
- Lead, coach and develop frontline team members, creating accountability and a high-performance environment.
- Empower team to deliver execution excellence and resolve market issues with pace.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, controls and accurate business reporting on an ongoing basis.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Min Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Relevant experience in trade marketing, sales & distribution or field operations within the FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of commercial execution, route-to-market, distribution, outlet coverage and customer engagement.
- Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and people-development capability.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data and market insights into action.
- Ability to build and manage productive relationships with distributors, customers, and external suppliers.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Nawabshah Area and work effectively in diverse market conditions.
