The Electrical Lead is responsible for ensuring reliable electrical support to meet daily production requirements and maintain smooth manufacturing operations. The role leads electrical maintenance planning and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and equipment reliability standards are met. It also drives continuous improvement, supports problem-solving at root cause, and develops the capability of the electrical team.
