ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
If you’re driven, hardworking and results-oriented, our Marketing Global Graduate Programme will let you maximise your potential. The aim of the programme is to raise future leaders of BAT Marketing Team.
It’s an 18-month fast-track to management level with unprecedented exposure that’s geared specifically for high-potential individuals, helping you to develop outstanding skills - full understanding of the dynamic of the market you are operating in, and how the Marketing Function work together with other departments to achieve outstanding business results.
You will be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career pathways, and you will gain a well-rounded and fulfilling learning experience, as well as international exposure.
