ROLE SUMMARY
The Data & Insights Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate data, analysis & research output delivery to enable and support the Area Multi-category Insights Group Manager to deliver actionable insights to the business.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the delivery of fundamental consumer Insights platforms and provide timely updates to the business.
- Ensure that consumer data information is available and up to date to meet company business needs and oversee maintenance of data sources.
- Lead multi category foresights projects, driving actionable insights to the business.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and generate insights that guide commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Translate data and research into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to keep abreast of core business priorities & questions. Translate business needs into sharp research brief with clear objectives & meaningful research action standards.
- Manage external agencies for the execution of consumer research projects and syndicated studies ensuring on-time - in full delivery of outputs at defined quality standard that deliver to initial scope and business objectives.
- Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and reporting tools for greater impact.
- Identify ideal methodology and provide oversight on the data collection process, analytic work plan and narrative framework to ensure actionable insights are generated to support business needs.
- Overlay data & information onto business questions to generate impactful insights & foresights. Convey analysis and actionable recommendations via concise presentations and written reports to internal stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a marketing environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience running marketing research projects preferred
