British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Performance Junior Manager in Warsaw
The main objective is to drive our online channels performance across key CE (Central Europe) markets through comprehensive review and linking of digital and commercial data, generation of actionable insights, and ongoing consultancy for key business functions.
Moreover, a key task is to support the execution of strategic marketing spend evaluation initiatives on CE level to ongoing drive marketing spend efficiency improvements.
The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, a proven financial background and the ability to communicate efficiently, while growing in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Data expertise owner and maintenance of data accuracy and accessibility across key internal platforms:
- Optimize and maintain data processes and quality by continuously improving data collection, visualization, and internal platform accuracy, ensuring reliable dashboards and reporting.
- Drive innovation in reporting and global initiatives through proposing, testing, and implementing smarter budgeting tools, workflows, and supporting global data-focused projects.
CX Analytics support through provisions of necessary data and insights on Ad-Hoc basis and through various deep-dives:
- Employ financial KPIs to improve digital performance understanding and link to commercial outcomes, while maintaining structured financial data and applying diverse analytical methodologies to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights and stakeholder engagement through tailored analyses, performance tracking of launches and campaigns, monthly reviews, and communicating findings to key forums for informed decision-making
Digital Budget & Profitability Executive Lead:
- Handle and optimize digital budget processes by consolidating area budgets, aligning with finance teams, tracking spend vs. plan, and implementing mitigation strategies while using tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI for reporting efficiency.
- Drive profitability and strategic insights through analysis of spend performance, identifying underperforming areas and scaling opportunities, supporting business case preparation, and growing profitability exercises across CE markets.
Marketing spend evaluation (MSE) to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic goals:
- Lead MSE and methodology development across CE markets and categories, collaborating with global teams and area prioritization managers to ensure MI/CI targets are met.
- Drive commercial insights and profitability tracking by maximising consumer data to find opportunities and monitor route-to-profitability drivers for new categories.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of practical experience in commercial or financial analytics
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills – ability to deliver insights & actions from data/trends
- Strong understanding of core financials/KPIs (MI, return on investment, CLV, profitability, margins, pricing concepts, etc.)
- Strong technical skills with analysis/presentation tools (Power.Bi, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical knowledge of data management solutions (digital budget SAP needed), (CRM- Salesforce, data cloud EDP-nice to have)
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, approachability and passion to collaborate with others
- Ability to own initiative, drive and deliver end-to-end projects with purpose & hands-on approach
- Independent working, high proactivity, curiosity and motivation to challenge status quo
- Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
- Fluency in English, Polish nice to have
